Our shirts are customized and made to order, which means it takes about 1-2 weeks (current timeframe) to ship plus 5+ days for delivery. Need it sooner? Just reach out first, and we'll see what we can do (rush fees may apply).
IMPORTANT: The turn around time does not start until after I receive your keepsake in the mail. After ordering, send an email for mailing information and how to send it.

To ensure your clothing lasts, we use a bonding stabilizer before embroidery. Please hand wash or use a delicate cycle on your washer and hang dry. For ironing, use a press cloth between the design and iron.
